| About The Sounds
|
 .......The Sosnowski Synthesizer ships with 128 sounds onboard, plus additional sounds on
User Bank One. The sounds range broadly from nearly pipe organ-like timbres and
classical colors to contemporary to hard rock to effects. But remember that these are
not intended to duplicate real instruments, though they do very generally retain their
character where so named. For instance, some of the "pipe organ" sounds are
fantastic for rock cuts; while some of the wilder children work wonderfully with anything
from Bach to Mozart.
.......Of course, the onboard sounds reflect only
one perspective on uses and preferences -- and as such, they barely touch the many thousands of sounds
possible with the instrument. Easily tailored to your own needs, you'll often find
them good starting points for the development of your own unique flavors and colors.
As you gain a little experience and your imagination goes to work, the possibilities are
nearly endless! |
